Is CBD Legal?
The passing of the 2018 United States Farm Bill allows US farmers to legally grow and sell industrial hemp. With this, we can now study, manufacture, sell, and consume products created with industrial hemp that is less than .3% THC.
Do your products contain THC?
Hemp Quench uses a specialized custom formula of CBD, CBG, and CBN with a goal of no Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), one of the cannabis plant’s most predominant cannabinoids. Although, THC may be present in products at the legal amount of .3% or less we remove THC from our products so there is never more than trace amounts. We test every batch of our water and post the test results on our website so you know what is in our products.
Will I get "high" from drinking Hemp Quench?
